Verizon disabled 911 and LifeLine services

I can verify that I still qualify and already have Lifeline at the same address (also I've recertified when asked) to disprove claims of incomplete application, prison or death. There is misinformation and misinterpretation from LifeLine Support, private companies, the state of Washington or with the FCC who share information together. Please correct said errors and verify with all parties involved what they are doing is wrong!
I have ACP with Comcast Xfinity for home Internet (prior known as EBB) but have LifeLine for my home phone with Safelink/Tracfone/Verizon (verified since 2011) and you can buy extra airtime cards up until VERIZON FORCED UPGRADES BLOCKING NEW MOTOROLA G AFTER ACTIVATIONS. Since Wednesday 3/15/2023 10:31 AM, I've received this message "You were unable to receive a text message due to a device restriction or insufficient funds." My device checks for updates and still says: 0 GB Data, 0 minutes Remaining, 0 Texts Remaining. I didn't change plans: I have the LifeLine minute card plan. Prior to 3/15/2023 - I saw 5GB Data (used 0.5 GB), estimated. ~5000 minutes (rollover) and Unlimited Text. Prior I was allowed to prepay ADD AIRTIME / DATA cards and now no longer to connect. VERIZON ISN'T ALLOWING THE MOTO G DEVICE (SOLD TO ME BY VERIZON) TO CONNECT TO THEIR NETWORK, USING THEIR SIM CARD AND CONFIRMED BY EMPLOYEES THAT IS WHAT THEY DO! I didn't allow any changes, the device is working with activation including rolled over minutes just a week ago, after calling/texting Customer Support and now NO SERVICE - NO SUPPORT - THIS IS FRAUD!

Patrick would like to make Verizon aware of this matter. On 3/15/23, Patrick was at the Capital Mall Verizon location. Kendrick (last name and job title unknown) refused service to Patrick and Richard Turner, father. Patrick says that Richard was a witness to the incident. Richard's phone number is 360-712-3792.

Because Patrick had escalated to security, Kendrick had blocked all his phone service. No calls could be made from Patrick's device. However, Verizon still appears on Patrick's phone display.

Patrick wasn't allowed to use Kendrick's phone to contact Elaine (last name unknown), executive relations. Elaine's extension is 222048. Patrick was not allowed to contact Israel (last name unknown), executive relations, either. Israel's extension is 2143906. Patrick would like to emphasize that Kendrick told him to go somewhere else for service. Kendrick also told Patrick "Get out of my store!"

The company wants their letters! The USPS is refusing service, you are liars saying they no longer have a box with our postal offices and the USPS has been reported!
What are your credentials?

The company sends/receives letters but federal/corporate parties don't want to deliver or pay proper postage with a formal letter of service refusal.
