As instructed to do so by Lt Brooks, to report threat, public corruption and theft plus harassing phone calls on 5/2/23 when I was at the park in Thurston County, Washington - Regional Athletic Complex - 8345 Steilacoom Rd SE, Olympia, WA 98513 is to report to Lacey Police. Please collaborate and figure this out:

Description 5/2/2023 at 11:56 AM I received an incoming call from UTAH 801-605-1816 with no Caller ID and was greeted by an individual claiming to be from the IRS following up from the whistleblower office. I left a message via 801-620-2169 both Thur 4/27/23 at 11:02 AM & another marked URGENT: Sat 4/29/23 at 11:55 AM (upset about their threats plus wanting to know why they automatically deny/close everything) as assumed they listen to them. I was forced to use my last four of SSN to verify my name and number on the account. These individuals have threaten me similar to the received letters who also confirmed received claim number(s): 2023-007781, 2023-007782, 2023-007783, 2023-007890 that we're certified mailed USPS back to me. Re-read to me was Final Determination under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 7623(a) - Denial! I was explained that the requests lack evidence and will continue to deny when I told them that the IRS also refuses TAX COLLECTION from business including with the reported human trafficking as submitted. Fraud / ID theft report, ransom. Our family is victim to human trafficking. Fake medical conditions. Family move into new home 2016. Lied to me. Gave fake Canada "family" name. Faked d.e.a.t.h. Escaped immigration. Travel expenses and passport purchase. Mail forwarding error 9/11/2016. FRAUD Mail stop by USPS on 9/11/2019 - General delivery reported. Alleged violation of Income tax, Organized crime, public/political corruption, estate & gift tax. I named my parents as Patricia Newton (from Canada) and Richard Turner; my sister as Kimberly Turner (has new job moved into my father's house 2020) and EX as Heather Long (refuses to pay taxes). Void D.e.a.t.h. Certificate WA State Department of Health RE Case No. CHS-2022-006 with ID cards. Michelle Singer, Clerk. Christopher Wright, AAG. Alexandra Montano, Presiding Officer, Case Manager. Advised of FBI Doug Capra of Seattle and Kyle Moore of PA undercover with Olympia PD case # 2019-1776 (who the detective said I was Osbourne when said British-American) asked who you run with, if your in a gang, independent, and races are split up in what are called cars. A white individual runs with the whites if he's not in a specific gang that have their own car, blacks with blacks, mexican with the mexican car, Rice Burner, etc. They gave me new fake conditions under civil (non-drug) Involuntary treatment Thurston County Superior Court Case 19-6-00140-34 on 3/29/19 with legal fees and medicines that had to be paid but refused by IRS. Proof of estate contracts written in code for k.i.l.l. hit list (even if blank) from est. 1997 Yvette Newton - 2017 Rolande?, 2 signatures by Patricia and Richard Turner means another hit for Patrick Turner and Heather Long - new claims that I K.I.L.L.E.D. MY EX WIFE!!! This fraud and contracts k.i.l.l. for hire are making a pattern but nobody seems to care or report them. I was getting upset by them again and threatened right back just like the prior voicemail but The IRS caller said didn't want to hear it while hanging up to end the call.
