Ref: Jayce Robinson 9818 Steamboat Island RD NW, Olympia, WA 98502 - Carlyon Beach Homeowners Association Type 3 Building Permit -  I refused their fence on my land and told them to check property lines plus get owner permission!
 This person who is pretending to be the Robinson's son is fraud and has lied to the neighbors plus the HOA (maintenance crew claimed to be John, Joe and Rupert with ground control at the Carlyon Beach Clubhouse "In Tyler Durden We Trust") similar to forcing to split the water line back during the week of 10/26/2020 in which they dug up my property. Fence construction has begun 6/3/2023 at the Robinson home. My father, Richard Turner, met the new Jayce who also goes by the name "John" a few years back claimed that his parents owned the properties all around here from the 1960s and live across the street 9805 Steamboat Island RD NW, Olympia, WA 98502 - which is another lie. My ex, Heather Long and I, Patrick Turner at 9812 Steamboat Island RD NW, Olympia, WA 98502 met the older Robinson couple who rented out 9818 Steamboat to their handicap son who was on disability.  Now claim I murdered my ex wife! After 2019, the new "John", shaved his head completely bald, with his wife learning a new language, may travel and seems employed with his newer dodge truck plate C22229B. The 9818 Steamboat property seems to have multiple renters, plus lady friends one is a paler skinned driving a Honda with plates BYB3827 while another mixed race girl with a red Asian car plate CBH9109. A fat woman sometimes appears on their property too and another vehicle does deliveries in the middle of the night like if they are doing drugs.
