After explaining something has been going on with all the neighbors falling down after 10/26/23 we visited the park with our 18 year old cat Meryl at Regional Athletic Complex in Lacey, WA and was approached by Latter-Day Saints as we call them THE GIRLS Mormon I explained to them when they asked if we knew Jesus Christ, as responded they say he's son of god and the king of kings, asking what else do I know as I told them Judas turned him into the Romans, when they respond that we may need a healer what may have bothered me as I respond DEMOCRATS (my royal DNA including our pagan ways plus some of that COME TO ME gospel can also be found on my website www.hallsofwotan.com and familysearch.org in which they said they had too) : on the morning of 10/27/23 Meryl fell into the storm water ditch out front and was wobbly stumbling around. She just would meow when she laid down near her food and water leading to a visit to the ER. We got 3 different estimation to authorization to provide care with treatment plain I.D. 125043, 125045 and 125051 each time with a slightly different story - the final prior to leaving because they were just messing around as Robin Reese, DVM keeps swapping around with Willow / Buffy the vampire slayer good cop, bad cop technique. They wanted me to force sign a form claiming we are negligent and going against doctor's orders of wanting to take home my family member although we agreed to pay for what they've done so far including any take home medicine as we told them to rewrite it all but they refused. We were told they wanted to give additional fluids and medications indefinitely or when the time comes of Meryl's passing they are 24 hours and if the front is closed USE THE SIDE ENTRANCE. They still have signs posted doing the masking up and social distancing COVID-19 in which is not even law and prefer if people wait in their vehicles. I was billed out Total $1,258.62 receipt No. 660813 on 10-27-2023 via Care Credit card 6 Month Deferred/No Interest if Paid in Full and nobody needed to verify an ID, call back contact numbers were wrong, age/sex/location (although people get their LOANS like myself), etc.

David Odegaard says he won't work the case as you won't be in until Wednesday 9/20/23 after 5PM and to not disturb you similar to dispatch but they said you work AM shifts if you wanted a scheduled call back when you are on.

  In 23-004414 report, it says my employer address is 8535 Commerce Pl Dr NE, Lacey, WA 98516 - where did you get that information (including other sensitive data that seems to be fake or fraud) as I'm not employed by them while dispatch and Smart911 cannot find that information on their own? Gastro Health is kicking me out 9/25/23 of all services including Providence who got my referrals from Sea Mar CHC and deleting everything even after paying in full, can UW Medicine Harborview treat me yet or was that also a lie?

Description 5/2/2023 at 11:56 AM I received an incoming call from UTAH 801-605-1816 with no Caller ID and was greeted by an individual claiming to be from the IRS following up from the whistleblower office. I left a message via 801-620-2169 both Thur 4/27/23 at 11:02 AM & another marked URGENT: Sat 4/29/23 at 11:55 AM (upset about their threats plus wanting to know why they automatically deny/close everything) as assumed they listen to them. I was forced to use my last four of SSN to verify my name and number on the account. These individuals have threaten me similar to the received letters who also confirmed received claim number(s): 2023-007781, 2023-007782, 2023-007783, 2023-007890 that we're certified mailed USPS back to me. Re-read to me was Final Determination under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 7623(a) - Denial! I was explained that the requests lack evidence and will continue to deny when I told them that the IRS also refuses TAX COLLECTION from business including with the reported human trafficking as submitted. Fraud / ID theft report, ransom. Our family is victim to human trafficking. Fake medical conditions. Family move into new home 2016. Lied to me. Gave fake Canada "family" name. Faked d.e.a.t.h.
